What if I’m not in when my parcel is delivered?

The deliveryman from Singpost will leave a slip of paper at your doorstep. You may wish to follow the intructions on the slip of paper and head down to your nearest Singpost outlet to collect your item within 7 days.

Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you may do so. Upon checkout, please select self-collection as your delivery mode and we will contact you via email or text message. Please wait for a confirmation text which will include details on collection date and timing.

Can I make a refund or an exchange?

The Wicker Girls check each and every bag before they are shipped out to their new homes. However, if there is a problem that occurs during the shipping proccess, The Wicker Girls do accept exchanges for items that are defective. We will be more than happy to accept a return for a one-for-one exchange of the exact item in the original colour. In the event that it is no longer available in the same design or colour, you may opt for other available designs and either do a top up if the exchanged item's price is higher, or we will refund the difference for a lower priced item. Please note that sold items are non-refundable. Do note that all bags are hand weaved and may vary in size and colour. Our wicker bags are of a natural material and there might be a difference in colour or rattan spots on some parts of the bag which makes it naturally beautiful. We will only accept exchanges if the item is torn or scratched. In that event, do send in a snapshot of the defective part to us at thewickergirls@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we will get back to you regarding the exchange process shortly.

How do backorders work?

You may wish to join our backorders if the product you wish to purchase is not in stock. All backorders are closed every Sunday and will be shipped out to you within 2 weeks after we have placed an order with the Artisans. For more info, do check out our Backorder Page
