L O C A L  O R D E R S

  • The Wicker Girls will take 1 to 2 days to processing your order after payment is received.

  • In stock items and Backorder items will be mailed out separately.

  • All orders are mailed out by Registered Mail. 

  • A tracking number will be provided for every shipped parcel.

* The Wicker Girls is not​ held liable for any lost mail, shipping delays or incorrect customer information provided upon checkout.

  • The Wicker Girls ships worldwide by Singpost.

* The Wicker Girls is not be responsible for additional costs incurred with the importation of the merchandise. Customers are responsible for all duty and taxes if any.

  • The Wicker Girls check each and every bag before they are shipped out to their new homes. If there is a mistake in your order, please email to thewickergirls@gmail.com

  • Please note that The Wicker Girls is not responsible for any problem that occurs during the shipping process.
     

  • DEFECTS & EXCHANGES
    The Wicker Girls only accept exchanges for regular priced items that are defective - torn or scratched. Orders that are made with promotional codes, store credits and sale items are not eligible for returns.
    Please note that all bags are hand weaved and vary in size and color. These wicker bags are made with a natural material and differences in color or rattan spots/ design is not considered a defect. 

    If the item you received is defected, please email to thewickergirls@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item with clear snapshots of the item defect. 
    - The defected item must be done by mailing with a traceable source within 7 working days. The Wicker Girls is not liable for the cost of mailing. 
    - In the event which the item you wish to exchange with is out of stock, store credits that is valid for 1.5 months will be issued.


     Alternatively, you may opt for other available designs: 
    - If the price of the item you wish to exchange with is higher, a top up is required. 
    - If the price of the item you wish to exchange with is lower, the difference in amount will not be reimbursed.
